julius erolin has more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations leverage the value of differences to achieve better results and improve performance. He founded Erolin Solutions in 2009 focusing on intercultural competency, inclusive leadership and conflict management. Based in Scotland, he works with clients across public and private sectors in the United States and United Kingdom. He is currently an IDI Faculty member trained to qualify individuals to use and interpret the IDI. He has particular interest and expertise in the intersection of culture and conflict.
Previously, julius was the Managing Consultant for EW Group, a London-based consulting firm, where he worked with the NHS, government agencies, higher education institutions, and UK based global companies. Prior to moving to the UK, he was an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Associate Director for Equal Opportunity at the University of Minnesota. He practised employment and discrimination law in the US and is a qualified mediator by the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is currently a Member (Judge Panel) of the Scottish Solicitors' Discipline Tribunal.
